Conditions: Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept payment by Mastercard/Visa Credit/Debit cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Switch or cards not displaying the Mastercard/Visa symbol. Payment should be made in full and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation except if the booking is cancelled by iZibus, due to circumstances beyond our control.
Confirmation / Travel Tickets: will be sent to you by e-mail in PDF format for you to download and print out. You should ensure that your Confirmation/Ticket is presented to our driver for both the outward and return journey as it acts as autorisation to travel.
Luggage: is limited to two items per person (including snowboard or Skis). We MUST be advised of any excess at the time of booking. In the event of any non-notified excess we reserve the right to charge for transportion of the items.
Bikes: iZibus transports bikes. The number of Bikes should be indicated by the client at the time of booking. If the client arrives with more bikes than indicated on the booking form iZibus may refuse to carry the extra bikes. Bikes must be encased in a suitable bag or box. The price is 25.00 euros per bike
Smoking: All transfer vehicules are non-smoking. We do not allow smoking aboard any of our vehicles in compliance with European no-smoking laws.
Alcohol: No alcohol must be consumed or transported on any of our vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse to transport any person who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or other dangerous substances. In this event no refund will be made and you will be responsible for making your own travel arrangements to/from the airport.
Behaviour: Abusive or aggresive behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated. This may result in us terminating your transfer arrangements with us. If your transfer is terminated for this reason then no refund will be made and you will be responsbilefor making your own transter arrangements.
Force Majeure: We cannot accept responsibility for changes to, or cancellation of, transfer arrangements caused by events beyond our control. For example, changes caused by: war, threat of war, riots, civil strife, strikes, industrial action, terrorist activity, natural disasters, fire, technical problems to transport, closure of airports, closure of roads, adverse weather conditions, heavy snow, avalanche or similar events beyond our control. Similarly, we cannot accept responsibility for any additional accommodation or flight/travel costs or subsequent loss of wages as a result of these events. Our liability in any of these events is strictly limited to a refund of the transfer cost.
Collection Time from Resort: Failure of the client to be at the agreed pick up address at the agreed time may result in your booking being cancelled. If a client prefers to leave the resort at a later time than iZibus has recommended then iZibus can take no responsibility for any missed flights/connections. It is the clients responsibility to give correct details for all flight arrival landing times when travelling to the resort and flight departure times when travelling from the resort. Failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled without refund. The client must provide us with a contactable mobile telephone number which must be switched on the day before and the day of any travel booked. We will use this number to contact you regarding any changes to your collection times. A correct collection and drop off address must be given at time of the booking; the name of an apartment/building is not enough.
Partner Companies: Occasionally it may be necessary to use a partner company for a clients booking. In this case we will inform the client of the name of the partner company and client will then be subject to the terms and conditions of that carrier and iZibus becomes a booking agent for that reservation.
Fuel Surcharge: If the price of diesel goes above 1.20€ we reserve the right to increase the price on all new bookings (you will be informed at the time of booking of this).
Please note : customers are required to provide the following information: flight number, arrival and departure time together with accommodation details in order to ensure adequate service. Thus, customers should know that the place of departure and arrival are only from/to Geneva Airport and from/to the specific route destinations.
